5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, training materials, tool interfaces, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to access content for personal or internal business evaluation.
Client deliverables under separate consulting agreements are governed by those agreements, not these Terms alone.
6. Third-party links and tools
Our site may link to third-party services (for example, YouTube or deployed tool workspaces). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or training portal.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to free website and portal access is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection or data protection remedies available under applicable law.
